IBM Implementation Evaluation Perspective: This full report describes the work that was done in eight original Reinventing Education grant sites. It outlines the specific challenges faced by each school district and the technical solution developed by IBM to help meet this problem. The introduction to this report summarizes what has been learned from the ongoing research effort. Each individual site report includes basic background information about the school district or state, a summary of the solution and site specific benefits and challenges of IBM's solution.
