The project recognizes that teachers as well as students need help in addressing concerns and/or needs that arise for young women in their classes. Teacher participation supports and sustains the Telementoring Project.
The Project Liaison, more than likely is a teacher at a participating school who helps to shape and form her school's Telementoring program.

An online mailing list makes it possible for participating teachers to share experiences and to learn from one another.

Equity resources and materials related to the project provide additonal support for teachers.

Teachers, wishing to participate in the Telementoring project must be engaging their students in project based work.
