The project recognizes that teachers as well as students need help in addressing concerns and/or needs that arise for young women in their classes. Te acher participation supports and sustains the Telementoring Project.  The Pr
oject Liaison, more than likely is a teacher at a participating school who helps to shape and form her school's Telemento
ring program.
Teachers, wishing to participate in the Tele mentoring project must be engaging their students in project based work.
